Custom order FAQs
How is the price calculated?
You'll see a live estimate as you design: garment price + any extras (your own artwork Rs. 750, a name or text Rs. 500, printing on a second side Rs. 900). We confirm the final quote – including any bulk discount – before you pay.
Is there a minimum order?
No – you can order a single piece. Ordering 12 or more? Ask us about team and corporate pricing.
How long does it take?
Most custom orders are ready in 7 – 10 working days after payment is confirmed, plus delivery. Need it sooner? Add your date and we'll do our best.
Can you design something for me?
Yes – choose Describe your idea, tell us what you'd like and add a reference picture if you have one. Our designers create it and send you a proof with your quote, so nothing is printed until you're happy. The design service is Rs. 1,500 per piece.
What artwork files can I upload?
PNG, JPG, WEBP or PDF up to 8 MB. A PNG with a transparent background, at least 2000 px across, prints best. We check every file before printing and will get in touch if it needs a higher-resolution version. Please only upload artwork you own or have permission to use.
Where does the MELVORA logo go?
Just a small MELVORA label at the collar – the rest of the garment is yours to design.
